Become A Part of The Rose & Shamrock Festival!

 

Hosted by the Lancaster Celtic Arts Foundation 501(c)(3), The Rose & Shamrock Festival happens every President’s Day weekend at the Lancaster Downtown Marriott & Convention Center and many other downtown venues.

This FREE admission event draws in 3,000+ attendees from Lancaster County and all over the United States and Canada.

As our event grows, we are looking to expand our Festival into the greater Lancaster City community by involving other downtown businesses. It is our vision that this will help with community development by bringing economic growth to the downtown area.

 

Not sure how you can participate? Consider the following options:

 

  • Restaurants: Offer a unique Celtic menu item. Host a Celtic band and sell tickets to the event. Offer green beer or a whiskey tasting.

  • Libraries / Book Stores: Offer Celtic story times. Offer Celtic craft times.

  • Theatres: Offer a Celtic-themed presentation or concert.

  • Historical Attractions & Museums: Offer demonstrations, exhibits, and presentations highlighting Lancaster’s Celtic roots.

  • Churches & Religious Establishments: Offer Celtic themed services, concerts, presentations, or historical tours.

As a Rose & Shamrock Festival partner, your event will receive the following Licensee Perks:

  • Listing of your event with name and date in Rose & Shamrock Festival Booklets. Location of your venue included on Rose & Shamrock Downtown maps in the Festival Booklet.

Lancaster County’s only FREE Celtic Festival is held President’s Day Weekend every year and draws in thousands of people from the Tri-State area including vendors, Irish dance competitors, bagpiping competitors, judges, Irish music competitors, bands, living history re-enactors, Celtic entertainers and the general public. The Foundation is dedicated to the promotion of and education in Celtic art forms and has successfully been offering dance classes, music classes, and sponsorship opportunities since its inception. At this festival, they continue to support their mission through offering music and dance competitions, entertainment, and educational workshops.

  • The most valuable commodity an event has is its name. For one sponsor only, The Lancaster Celtic Arts Foundation will identify the Annual Rose & Shamrock Festival with the name of its Title Sponsor. The Title Sponsor’s name shall be included in all public mention, promotion, press releases, advertising and any other media identification, when The Rose & Shamrock is mentioned
